Fiumicina | Ricette Solari
August 16, 20–22, 2025
Where Predazzo / Bolzano
Upcoming
Ricette Solari is the selected project that will activate Fiumicina, an open kitchen on the river. The project is proposed by Andrea d’Amore (artist and cook), together with TAB Take Away Bibliographies (collective).
Ricette Solari will be launched on August 16 at the Danzare a Monte festival in Val di Fiemme, and will then arrive in Bolzano from August 20 to 22, on the Talvera meadows near Piazzale Alexander Langer.
Four days of culinary experimentation to create a collective cookbook of solar recipes – a space where experiences and knowledge can evolve and flow. An opportunity to learn, listen, experiment, and rethink our culinary knowledge inspired by a kitchen that embraces natural resources.
Three Days in Bolzano
From Wednesday, August 20 to Friday, August 22, 2025, we invite you to join us on the Talvera meadows (near Piazzale Langer) for Ricette Solari – three days of culinary experimentation where you can share recipes and cooking techniques, enjoy flavours, and exchange knowledge, starting from hands-on experience with Fiumicina and thanks to the contributions of artist-cook Andrea d’Amore and TAB Take Away Bibliographies.
Over the three days, you’ll be invited to take part in preparing and cooking meals by bringing an ingredient suitable for a vegetarian dish, such as vegetables, herbs, fresh or dried fruits, eggs, cheese, or cooked legumes. Afterwards, we’ll gather for convivial moments where cooks, passers-by, and guests can taste the experimental recipes together (while supplies last).
To participate in any of these activities, you can register for free via this link.
Ricette Solari is the winning project selected to activate Fiumicina in 2025 – the solar kitchen on the river designed by Johanna Dehio, Mascha Fehse, and Johanna Padge, together with Lungomare, as part of FLUX – River Actions and Explorations, which was first launched last summer on the banks of the Talvera.
