Torno indietro un attimo — Guided Tour

On Saturday, June 8th at 11 am at Foto Forum in Bolzano, as part of the exhibition Torno indietro un attimo, Antonio Rovaldi and Esther Kinsky will be in conversation about the geographies that characterize fluvial contexts, with a particular focus on the Adige River, the main subject of the artist’s photographic research. The conversation will be moderated by curators Angelika Burstcher and Daniele Lupo. On this occasion, the volume “Morgen. Torno indietro un attimo”, published by Quodlibet and accompanying the exhibition, will be presented.

Following this, a guided tour of the exhibition will be offered. Additionally, the widespread public billboard project will be introduced, which, starting from the 3rd of June, will bring faraway river imaginaries to Bolzano.

The project Torno indietro un attimo is supported by Strategia Fotografia 2023, promoted by Directorate- General for Contemporary Creativity of the Italian Ministry of Culture and co-financed by Autonomous Province of Bolzano/Bozen – South Tyrol and City of Bolzano. The project is produced by Foto Forum and Lungomare and staged in collaboration with NICHE, University Ca’ Foscari in Venice and Grenze-Arsenali Fotografici, Verona. The photographic series will become part of the collection of Museion – Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Bozen/Bolzano.
