Waves, springs, streams – things are running well in Bolzano! Riverbanks are dispersing, the Talfer water sprays up until the mountain slopes, water phenomena effected by Mars have been discovered. In today’s increasingly hot city, various approaches are being experimented with to rethink water as a resource. WOOPS, the public sightseeing agency, offers a glimpse of this new Bolzano with a Visionary Walk crisscrossing the Talfer river; and how it all came about, through planning, politics and a few surprising twists.
